EY Firm Visit.

IBA made history last week with our first-ever firm visit to EY at the Downtown Toronto office, offering students the rare opportunity to step inside a Big Four firm and experience its culture up close. Throughout the visit, students engaged in meaningful conversations with EY professionals and recruiters, gaining insights into the firm's culture and career opportunities in consulting and auditing.

A huge thank you to the EY team for welcoming us and to everyone who participated in making this event a success! We’re excited to continue creating more opportunities like this for our members!

Women in Business

IBA hosted a Women in Business event, presenting students with the rare opportunity to

learn from industry professionals about their journeys and experiences. During the event, students were able to hear speeches from successful women in business, experience hands-on workshops and connect with 15+ industry professionals.

A sincere thank you the young and successful women for their willingness to empower young female leaders and the profound impact they made on the students!

Master Your Money

Master Your Money is an event for designed to explore various strategies for saving, investing managing their monetary income. Students were able to hear from Brandon Benzon, a seasoned financial service professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in personalized financial planning and investment solutions. In addition to Brandon, 15+ representatives and panelists attended to event to help students close to gap in financial literacy.
