​There are many ways to get involved with IBA! It varies on your ability to commit the time and efforts! 

You can participate in our events and utilize the resources and opportunities we provide on a personal level, but if you're interested in becoming a part of the team, we have a specific hiring process in place, where we are looking for people to fill in certain positions! Positions vary from executive positions like Directors, Project Managers and Chairs to team operations and associate-level positions! If you are looking for a minimal level commitment, we have our IBA Ambassadors volunteer program, where we accept anyone who applies!

Each of the hiring rounds consists of two stages: Application and Interview. The timeline for selecting candidates in total may take up anywhere between two weeks to a month. The full hiring timeline usually takes place from April to September. Become IBA Ambassador!

If you're looking for a minimal-level commitment with IBA, consider becoming an IBA Ambassador!

Our Ambassadors are volunteers who help us promote our initiatives and assist with events whenever help is needed. Unlike our hiring process, anyone who wishes to get involved with IBA can become an IBA Ambassador! This is a great way to connect with IBA members and kickstart your journey within IBA!
